Butler Technologies, Inc. is a custom manufacturer of screen-printed biofeedback sensors and electrodes in a wide array of configurations.  is able to incorporate printed sensors and electrodes in many form factors such as Flexible Circuits, Flexible Hybrid Circuits, e-Textiles / Wearables, and Capacitive Touch Circuits. Printed sensors and electrodes are widely used throughout the Apparel and Healthcare industry.

Explaining Biosensor Technology 

Stretchable, flexible, conductive inks are printed on thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) film.  Printed insulative ink and/or TPU film can be used to encapsulate the printed traces to increase durability.  Sensors are die or laser-cut from printed sheets to the final size, eliminating the excess TPU film (less stiff).
